If UR not READY, UR just not READY

Monsters and Critics: Ricky Martin has become the latest star to speak out about the bullying of gay teenagers. The pop star, who only came out as gay earlier this year, told Ellen DeGeneres that teenagers had to be allowed to come out in their own time. 'I think that everyone has to go through their own process,' Martin, 38, told DeGeneres. 'When you're not ready, you're not ready. You have to go through a spiritual path. 'It doesn't matter if takes you 10, 15 years, since the moment you realise where you understand who you are. You cannot be forced. 'Children are being bullied because they are gay and they are committing suicide. Children are committing suicide because they are being outed. If you're not ready, you're just not ready' (Ricky Martin speaks out against bullying of gay teens).

Bullying is an abusive treatment, the use of force or coercion to affect others, particularly when habitual and involving an imbalance of power. It may involve verbal harassment, physical assault or coercion and may be directed persistently towards particular victims, perhaps on grounds of race, religion, gender, sexuality, or ability. The "imbalance of power" may be social power and/or physical power. The victim of bullying is sometimes referred to as a "targeted individual" (Wikipedia).
